have arrived on the farm.

& oh, my goodness, they are sooooo cute!

6 Brothers ~
4 white & 2 red with black spots.
They are cross breeds of Yorks, Duroc, & Hampshire.

I'm so glad we had a truck to haul them home in.  Last year we transported them in the back of our SUV.  At that moment, having a farm truck moved up on the priority list.

These are Jonah's pigs. I don't know why but the boy loves pigs even when they get big and nasty.  He pays for them completely and then sells them when they are grown.
Four of them are already spoken for as pork.

But let's not think about that just yet.  They are too sweet!
I mean, just look at those cheeks

and those curled up ears.

Right now we are enjoying them for the
precious piglets that they are.
I love how God makes all baby creatures adorable.

  1. They ARE cute.... but I do love pork!

  2. Adorable! And I don't know that I good eat something I raised. A bit of a hypocrit, as I am certainly not a vegetarian.

  3. Eeeeeeeeee!!!!! They are ADORABLE!!! Pigs were my favorite animal in the 3rd grade and I have boxes and boxes of (fake) pigs that are living in my parents attic. Cute.

  4. Oh my goodness! The ears! The Ears!

  5. They are so cute. They have the biggest ears for little pigs, I have ever seen.

  6. Awwwwwww!!!
I've loved pigs ever since the first time I read Charlotte's Web - that was a loonnnnggggg time ago!

  7. well. does this mean I'm getting no alpaca pictures???

  8. I think of "Charlotte's Web" when I see little pigs. You are so right, they are very precious.

  9. How sweet! Yes God certainly does make babies adorable...I guess it's a good thing because we certainly don't say that too often about the adults. What an entrepreneur your son is...and he's already got 4 sold! He's a practical young man and that's a good thing when you live on a farm. Looking forward to more photo's of those cute little porkers :)
    Maura :)

  10. Squeel! They're adorable:) Congratulations!
