Handmade Easter Bunnies & a Spring Chick Winner!

I first saw these cute bunnies on a blog post, Easter basket ideas at Julia's Blissfully Content.  I knew I had to make some even though my boys have outgrown these kinds of things.

They were really fun to make!

The pattern is on Martha Stewart's craft site.
I made a few alterations to mine ~
legs that were seperate so the bunny could sit down,
boning in the ears so they wouldn't flop over
&
Smiles ~ Easter bunnies need smiles. :)

And something else to smile about:

The Spring Chick pin cushion winner was picked by number at random.org.
hough's life (how's life)

Sarah and her family are missionaries for Christ in Rural Paraguay.  You must stop by and see what this family is doing.  And Sarah, please email me at red farmhouse gal at g mail dot com and the chick will be on it's way to South America!

  1. The bunnies are really cute! I love your personal touches! I think that boys are always boys. Even if they claim to be 'too old' special touches like this become great memories!
