A Cold Wind
The sun is shining but a cold wind blew in
bringing with it winter's chill.
It's finishing off the green grass and the flower blooms.
All of the animals are hunkered down to try to escape it.
Guess it's time for a long winter's nap.
Yawn!

ReplyDeleteOur cold has already been here in Minnesota (brrr way to early - we have had 0 degrees and below zero windchill) - hope it isn't a sign of how the winter will be... We never got our "indian summer" that is what we call our fall warm weather.... Join those animals and hunker on down ~ stay warm!
