Ground Lamb Sliders

It's one of our new favorites! The fact that they are super fast and super easy is a bonus this time of year.
I don't know about your family but for us, back to school time means back to school activities in the evening too.  That means I need to be able to slide dinner on the table with lightning speed before someone has to head back out the door.

Lamb Sliders are the perfect quick meal for that!

Ground lamb mini patties~ 5 minutes on the grill ~ done. French bread ~ 5 minutes under the broiler ~ done. Slide in a salad and dinner is served. See, told you they were super fast!

Here's the easy part: 1,2,3.

1.  I buy french bread at Sam's and stockpile it in the freezer.
You can ask for it frozen and bake it yourself.  It's better that way!
Slice it at an angle.  Top with butter, garlic powder & oregano and broil until brown and crispy.

2.  Form ground lamb (you can use beef instead but it won't be as good) into balls the size of golf balls.  Press into pat…

Trunk Show Featuring Our Yarn!

A local yarn store is featuring our Red Farmhouse Fibers yarn this fall.  It's exciting!
The trunk show is Sept. 13th at Sealed with a Kiss in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
They will be selling the yarn from  each of our ewe's fleeces. I'm even going to take a ewe to greet customers on the sidewalk as they arrive. Should be lots of fun!

If your local, I hope you will come. I would love to see you there! Our ewe would too.
