Kitchen Storage

It seems no matter how much kitchen storage we have,
we always need a little more.

We try to live simply here at the Red Farmhouse
but we found that we needed more storage for small appliances.
We call them uni-taskers around here
~ waffle iron, panini grill, ice cream maker ~
the ones that we use on a very regular basis but only have one purpose.

Recently, we moved some furniture around in order to fill this storage need.
Open shelves is a sure way to keep things neat and clean.
A custom pine unit (formerly a tv cabinet) found its rightful place.

And for the finishing touches,
fresh fruit, a tall pitcher and a red rooster.
The old cabinet in a new place is now something to crow about.

There's more In The Kitchen.

And do not forget to do good
and to share with others,
for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
Hebrews 13:16

  3. Storage is always welcomed around my house, especially in the kitchen. I always try utilizing as much wall space as possible to create storage and at times the process has pushed me until the extent of having to maximize space in the ceiling. I guess it could be time to start de-cluttering for good.
